T bags need not be boring
Found this article very interesting in the May/ June edition of Healthy Living Magazine.

Fennel Tbags, can help to moisten dry skin. You can make a compress by infusing a pot of fennel then use the lukewarm bags on the skin. You could also add a couple of bags to your bath water.
Camomile Tbags , Dip a cotton wool pad into a cooled cup of camomile tea and use as an eyewash to soothe sore or tired eyes.
Nettle Tbags, Keep a couple of nettle tea bags in your fruit bowl. Dried nettle leaf helps fruit to last longer and be more resistant to mould.
Green Tbags, Add a couple of green tea bags to a basin of hot water for an anti fungal foot bath to treat athlete's foot.
